Property plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent document drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying various parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.
